[Key words] Highrisk HPV infection； Cervical mucosa chronic inflammation； Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 1； Rebinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablets HPV為乳多空病毒科乳頭瘤空泡病毒A屬球形DNA病毒，具有傳染性，多見于皮膚及女性生殖道，可引起多種疾病，人群感染率高[1]。目前，臨床分離出的HPV有130余種，依據(jù)致病力大小可分為低危和高危兩種類型，其中HPV118等粘膜高危型HPV致癌危險(xiǎn)性高，是臨床研究普遍證實(shí)的高度宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變和子宮頸癌的危險(xiǎn)因素[2]。干擾素是一種廣譜抗病毒劑，具有抑制病毒復(fù)制、調(diào)節(jié)免疫等多種生理功能，該院近年來以重組人干擾素α2b陰道泡騰片治療宮頸高危型HPV感染取得良好療效，文章現(xiàn)以2016年6月―2017年4月該院收治的115例患者為例進(jìn)行分析和探討，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。 1 資料與方法 一般資料 方便選取該院收治的115例宮頸高危型HPV感染患者為研究對象，依據(jù)治療方式不同分為兩組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組
