Besides, Party A shall pay Party B pensation according to the following way.The pensation payment shall be made based on the working time of the dispatched employee, which shall be one month’s borrowing fee for each full year worked. Any period of not less than one year shall be counted as one year. The standard of pensation fee shall be the borrowing fee of the same month when the dispatched employee is recalled. ?。ǘ┘追接袡?quán)對乙方違反本合同有關(guān)條款或損害派遣員工合法權(quán)益的行為提出書面意見，進行交涉。乙方應(yīng)在收到甲方書面意見后六個工作日內(nèi)，以書面形式回復(fù)甲方。 Party A is entitled to bring forward its opinions in written when Party B violates this Contract or damages the legal rights of the dispatched employee.
