Preventive maintenance 10 1. 預(yù)防成本 : ? 是指為避免質(zhì)量缺陷發(fā)生而采取相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施所耗費(fèi)的成本之和。 ? 如：質(zhì)量培訓(xùn)費(fèi)、質(zhì)量管理活動(dòng)費(fèi)、質(zhì)量改進(jìn)措施費(fèi)、質(zhì)量評(píng)審費(fèi)、質(zhì)量管理人員工資及福利等。 11 Category 2: Appraisal Costs ? Costs of determining current quality ? Measuring and testing parts ? Running special test laboratories ? Acquiring special testing equipment ? Conducting statistical process control ? Inspecting ining materials 12 2. 鑒定（評(píng)估）成本 : ? 是指為判斷生產(chǎn)作業(yè)系統(tǒng)所達(dá)到的質(zhì)量水平而發(fā)生的成本。 ? 如：試驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)費(fèi)、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)部門辦公費(fèi)、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)人員工資及福利、檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備維修和折舊費(fèi)等。 13 Category 3: Internal Costs of Defects ? Costs incurred when defects are found before shipment/delivery to customer. ? Labor and materials going into scrap ? Reworking and retesting to correct defects ? Downtime of equipment and labor while waiting for repairs ? Yield losses 14 3. 內(nèi)部缺陷成本 : ? 是指因系統(tǒng)缺陷而產(chǎn)生在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的成本 , 發(fā)生在生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的過(guò)程中 , 如廢品、返工和修理等。即 交貨前因產(chǎn)品未能滿足規(guī)定的質(zhì)量要求所造成的損失 。 ? 如：廢品損失、返工成本、降級(jí)損失費(fèi)、停工損失費(fèi)、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量事故處理費(fèi)。 ? 服務(wù)作業(yè)失誤而導(dǎo)致顧客要求返工所造成的成本等。 15 Category 4: External Costs of Defects ? Costs of trying to correct defects after receipt by customer. ? Lost of customer goodwill ? Recalls to correct problem ? Warranty, insurance, and legal suit settlements 16 4. 外部缺陷（故障） 成本 : ? 是指因產(chǎn)品缺陷 (未能在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部作業(yè)過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn) )而引發(fā)在系統(tǒng)外部的成本， 通常發(fā)生在與顧客接觸的過(guò)程中。 ? 包括保修、退貨、商譽(yù)損失、處理用戶抱怨、維修等。 17 5. 外部質(zhì)量保證成本 ? 指為滿足合同規(guī)定的質(zhì)量保證，要求提供客觀證據(jù)、演示和證明所發(fā)生的費(fèi)用。 18 檢測(cè)與糾正質(zhì)量缺陷的成本 與發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量缺陷時(shí)間的關(guān)系 檢糾質(zhì)量 缺陷成本 作業(yè)過(guò)程 最終檢測(cè) 用戶 發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量缺陷的時(shí)間 1
