Through the resistance experiment, the drug sensitivity test, the Pathogenicity test and the field experiment, it provided a preliminary basis for the control of tobacco bacterial wilt of propolis: resistance experiment, through the parison of acupuncture inoculation method and injection inoculation method, showed that the injection could make plants more easy and fast the injection inoculation method applied to this experimental study. By pathogenicity to Pseudomonas solanacearum of Honghuadajinyuan, NC297, MSK326, yun 87 and yun 97, the results showed that Honghuadajinyuan and yun 87 were highly susceptible varieties, MSK326 and yun 97 were moderate susceptible cultivars, NC297 was moderate resistant NC297 should be chose to plant. drug sensitivity test, by inhibiting effect of 72% streptomycin, 90% carbendazol and propolis on Pseudomonas solanacearum, indicated that the inhibitory effect of propolis on Pseudomonas solanacearum is poor, with 72% streptomycin was significantly different. pot experiment and field efficacy experiment, by propolis and 72% streptomycin control tobacco bacterial wilt, the results showed that the control effect of propolis was more than 30%, and the control effect of 72% streptomycin was more than 65%.It showed that the control effect of streptomycin on tobacco bacterial was better than the propolis’. But propolis still have certain effect. Especially the p
