Infertility ? 痛經(jīng)為內(nèi)異癥患者的常見癥狀，多為繼發(fā)性和漸進性； ? Dysmenorrhea。 ? 或痛經(jīng)發(fā)作時伴有腰骶部疼痛、肛門下墜感； ? Lower back pain and Dyschezia 。 ? 部分患者表現(xiàn)為持續(xù)性下腹部疼痛、性交痛等； ? Dyspareunia (painful intercourse)。 ? 部份患者 表現(xiàn)為月經(jīng)量增多或經(jīng)期延長。 ? Heavy or long menstrual periods. 內(nèi)異癥不孕的臨床診斷 (二 ) DiagnosisⅡ 體征 ? 典型的內(nèi)異癥多表現(xiàn)為子宮后傾固定； ? Fixed and retroverted uterus。 ? 子宮直腸陷窩、宮骶韌帶或子宮后壁下段等部位可捫及大小不等的觸痛性結節(jié)； ? Tender nodules in the posterior vaginal fornix and pain on gynaecological examination。 ? 宮頸或陰道壁可見點狀或結節(jié)狀紫藍色病灶； ? Indigo nodules。 ? 可在一側或雙側附件區(qū)捫及與子宮有粘連的囊性包塊； ?
