If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of Annex 2 and the rest of this Contract, the latter shall prevail. 供應(yīng)商將根據(jù)本合同附件二規(guī)定的銷售條件銷售產(chǎn)品,經(jīng)銷商應(yīng)按照這些條件購(gòu)買產(chǎn)品,本合同附件二規(guī)定的銷售條件 應(yīng)視作構(gòu)成本合同的一部分。如果附件二的規(guī)定和本合同的其他部分相沖突或抵觸,應(yīng)以本合同為準(zhǔn)。 Distributor39。s Terms Not Applicable 不適用經(jīng)銷商的相關(guān)條款 Neither Distributor39。s standard conditions of purchase nor any terms or conditions in any order forms or other documents prepared by Distributor shall apply to the sale of the Products by Supplier to Distributor. 經(jīng)銷商自己的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)購(gòu)貨條件,或由經(jīng)銷商起草的任何訂單或其他文件中的任何條款或條件,都不適用于供應(yīng)商向經(jīng)銷商銷售經(jīng)銷產(chǎn)品。 4.
