,由于保溫和均熱的困難 ,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)熱軋 ,并且隨著厚寬比的增大 ,在無張力的熱軋條件下 ,要保證良好的板型也非常困難。采用冷軋方法可以很好地解決這些問題 ,冷軋是指金屬在再結(jié)晶溫度以下進(jìn)行軋制變形。首先 ,它不存在溫降和溫度不均的毛病 ,因而可以生產(chǎn)很薄 ,尺寸公差很嚴(yán)和長(zhǎng)度很大的板卷。其次 ,冷軋板帶材表面光潔度很高 ,還可以根據(jù)要求賦予各種特殊表面。我國冷軋寬帶鋼的生產(chǎn)始于 1960 年 ,首先建立了 1700mm 單機(jī)可逆式軋機(jī) ,以后陸續(xù)投產(chǎn)了 1200mm 單機(jī)可逆式軋機(jī) ,MKW1400mm 偏八輥軋機(jī) ,1150mm 二十輥冷軋機(jī)和 1250mmHC 單機(jī)可逆式軋機(jī)等。 70 年代投產(chǎn)了我國第一套 1700 連續(xù)式五機(jī)架冷軋機(jī) ,1988 年建成了 2030 mm 五機(jī)架全連續(xù)式軋機(jī)。現(xiàn)
