【正文】 的系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。 功能測試 完成了整體調(diào)試后，對本設(shè)計進行功能測試。在事先準備好的軌道上，對小車功能一一實現(xiàn)。 誤差的定性分析及改進措施 由于器件精度的限制電路很難做到十分精確，并且各種干擾對電路的正常工作都是有害的，硬件設(shè)計 中除含有焊接誤差外，計數(shù)傳感器還容易受到抖動的干擾。 電機部分，電機的軸承在本次設(shè)計中既做動力源，又承接著小車大部分重量，這樣就會影響到電機的轉(zhuǎn)速。這樣需要給小車輪子加一個軸承，讓小車的重量壓在這個軸承上面，電機只用來控制軸承的轉(zhuǎn)動。 還有以下需要改進的地方： 本設(shè)計中采用的直流電機可以改為步進電機。步進電機調(diào)速更加容易。直流電機在運動過程中，由于慣性不能立刻停止運動，但步進電機有很好的制動能力。 可增加無線傳輸模塊，實現(xiàn)兩輛小車的通信。這樣可提高小車的靈活性。經(jīng)過不斷的努力，堅持不懈的調(diào)試， 查找并解決設(shè)計中出啊線的問題，系統(tǒng)最終達到了基本的要求，能夠按照預定的模式完成循跡、計數(shù)、避障、超車等功能。但是設(shè)計的誤差和精度方面受到外界的干擾，系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性有待進一步提高。 22 結(jié)束語 這次設(shè)計的智能小車系統(tǒng)基本達到了預期目標，實現(xiàn)了既定的功能。在設(shè)計中主要克服兩大難題，其一，較為復雜的電路焊接和檢測。進一步提高了焊接技術(shù)和檢查電路等實際操作能力。其二，軟件設(shè)計中程序的編寫是重中之重，實際編寫各個模塊的編寫并不是太難，難就難在各個部分的兼容性，尤其是檢測并計數(shù)，通過這次實踐掌握了一些程序編寫的技巧和拼湊 幾個程序時的幾個要點。總之，這次系統(tǒng)設(shè)計使我更深入的了解了 51 系統(tǒng)單片機的工作原理，提高了對其的運用能力。 本設(shè)計是基于 2022全國電子設(shè)計大賽的題目背景又由于系統(tǒng)采用了 AT89S52單片機作為主控芯片，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，容易實現(xiàn)，總體設(shè)計合理，符合題目的基本要求，是主流的智能化的信息融合技術(shù)的設(shè)計理念，功能強大，模塊化設(shè)計，可移植性強，功率較低，有廣范的應用領(lǐng)域和發(fā)展前景。 23 致 謝 經(jīng)過半年左右的準備，此次大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計及論文終于在預定的時間里順利完成。這其中離不開指導老師 董 老師的悉心指導， 無論是在平時的階段，還是在論文的選題、資料查詢、開題、研究、設(shè)計和撰寫的每一個環(huán)節(jié)，都得到導師的悉心指導和幫助，在設(shè)計的每個階段，指導老師都給了我明確的指示，對其中存在的重點和難點進行了很好的解析。同時在設(shè)計方向和流程方面，指導老師也給了我寶貴的意見。在設(shè)計的制作過程中，同學們也給了我很大幫助，特別是一些細節(jié)和程序調(diào)試方面的問題。在此對他們的幫助表示由衷的感謝！ 感謝系里的各位老師，在大學四年里，你們教會了我很多知識， 不管是書本上的還是那些做人方面的，你們的言傳身教將使我終生受益。感謝輔導員老師，你給予我們 的生活上的幫助，學習上的鼓勵支持以及無時無刻的關(guān)心都讓我永遠銘記。感謝大學四年的各位同學，有了你們的相伴，大學生活才更精彩更有意義。 最后感謝我的父母，感謝你們給我提供這大學四年的學習機會，感謝你們給予我生活上的幫助和學習。 24 參考文獻 [1]樓然苗，李光飛， 51 系統(tǒng)單片機設(shè)計實例 .北京 :北京航空航天大學出版社 .2022.
