Education Management of School of Chinese Studies ( SCS ) 漢學(xué)院學(xué)籍管理 Enrollment and ，注冊 a. 學(xué)生到校后請到漢學(xué)院辦公室報到注冊。 Please go to the office of SCS to have your enrollment and registration procedure after your arrival. b. 請遞交您的入學(xué)通知書及 202 表。 Hand over your Admission Notice and JW 202 form. c. 請出示您的護照，查驗簽證日期。 Please show your passport and check the valid date of visa. d. 學(xué)習(xí)一學(xué) 期者請交 2寸照片 4 張。 Four pieces of photo with the size of 40x50mm are required if you need to stay for one semester. e. 學(xué)習(xí)一學(xué)年者請交 2寸照片 8 張。 Eight pieces of photo with the size of 40x50mm are required if you need to study for one academic year. Tuition fee:學(xué) 費 a. 所有同學(xué)在到校后 15天內(nèi)交學(xué)費。 All students should pay tuition fee within 15 days after arrival the school. b. 愈期未交者扣滯納金 5 %。 5% will be deducted if the tuition may not pay in time. c. 學(xué)習(xí)期間退學(xué)者學(xué)費不返還。 The tuition may not be refunded if you quit the school during the period of stay. d. 學(xué)費可以現(xiàn)金或支票支付，人民幣或美圓均可。 Chinese yuan and American dollar are available for tuition fees and there are basically two ways only to pay tuition fees: In cash and by cheque. Enrollment card: 學(xué)籍卡 a. 注冊和交納學(xué)費后每位同學(xué)可領(lǐng)到一張學(xué)籍卡。 Student will have one enrollment card after registration and paying tuition. b. 同學(xué)憑卡可領(lǐng)到所需的教材。 Student can have all the necessary textbooks and study material with the card. Student Identity Card:留學(xué)生證 a. 學(xué)生身份確認(rèn)后可領(lǐng)到留學(xué)生證。 You will receive a student identity card that is accepted documentary evidence of your status as a student. b. 此身份證可在購買飛機票，旅行，景點門票等方面給予優(yōu)惠。 This card can provide you with certain percentage of discount on purchasing air tickets. c. 每學(xué)期換發(fā)一次新卡。 Student ID should be changed regularly on each new semester. d. 如果學(xué)生證丟失請立既通知漢學(xué)院辦公室。 Please report your case to the office of SCS if you loose the ID. e. 補辦學(xué)生證需交人民幣 20 元。 Apply for substitute one need to pay 20 yuan. Certificate: 結(jié)業(yè)證 a. 留學(xué)生可在離校前一個星期申請結(jié)業(yè)證， 其它時間不予辦理。 Certificate application is to be arranged only one week in advance before you going home. 1/3 者不發(fā)結(jié)業(yè)證。 Certificate may not be for the student who skips the class hour more than 1/3 of the total. c. 考試不及格者不發(fā)結(jié)業(yè)證。 Certificate may not be for the student who fails to pass test and exam. Transfer to other university: 轉(zhuǎn)學(xué) 如果留學(xué)生要轉(zhuǎn)到其它學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)，請?zhí)崆?3天到漢學(xué)院辦公室辦理轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)手續(xù)。 Please go to the office of SCS to plete some necessary procedure three days in advance if you plan to transfer to study at other university. Suspend schooling:休學(xué) 留學(xué)生允許在學(xué)習(xí)期間休學(xué)，但要有不可抗拒的原因。 Student is allowed to suspend his/her schooling during the period of study if the reason is an act of god. Quit schooling: 退學(xué) 按照規(guī)定學(xué)生可以退學(xué)，但學(xué)費不予退還。 Student is allowed to quit school during the study time but the tuition may not refund to student. Check on study attendance:學(xué)習(xí)考勤 老師負(fù)責(zé)同學(xué)的考勤并報辦公室備案。 Teacher is responsible for checking on study attendance for student who attendants class and give the regular report to the office of SCS.
