11. If any early termination occurs, one month prior written notice is requested。
合同雙方的任意一方提前解除此合同，必須提前一個月書面通知另一方。 12. This agreement will be extended upon the expiry date and the confirmation
from both parties。
本合同屆滿時，如雙方無爭議本合同自動順延。
13. Party B shall get and keep the insurance of personal injury and possession to
ensure that Party A is not responsible for any issues which are caused by this van and is not responsible for any pensation caused by the van。
乙方須取得和維持充分的人身傷害險，第三者責任險，財產(chǎn)保險，從而充分保證甲方免受與車輛及相關事務引起的損失或損害。甲方不承擔車輛造成的一切損害賠償。
14. If Party B could not obey the statement and obligation in this agreement, and
fail to do the rectification upon Party A’s notification, Party A shall be entitled to terminate the agreement at once.
乙方未履行，未遵守或未完成本協(xié)議規(guī)定的任何約定及義務，而且在收到甲方通知后，不立即糾正違約，甲方有權立即終止協(xié)議。
