【正文】 也介紹了苦瓜 更常叫bitter melon, 冬瓜更常叫winter melon（我跟喜歡這種叫法阿）節(jié)瓜 Hairy melonString bean，其實(shí)跟四季豆不同，是長度介乎于豇豆和四季豆之間的一種豆，見下圖四季豆是Green beans,也叫French beans而豌豆是Snowpea marrow，也有叫zuccini的，不知是不是同一種蔬菜Scallion 蔥,但好像shallot更常用shallot還指蔥頭, 也寫作eschalot還有一種Spring onion 叫春蔥芥蘭是Chinese broccoli而芥菜才是 mustard cabbage, 也叫Chinese mustard, leaf mustard竹筍其實(shí)bamboo shoot更常用啦 姜類補(bǔ)充兩個 Tumeric 黃姜 Galangal 南姜，好像也叫沙姜Button mushroom是那種個頭較小的蘑菇,不是草菇還有大大的一種叫flat mushroom而草菇是 straw mushroom我們常吃的冬菇，花菇之類的，叫Shiitake mushroom（日語翻譯過來的，Shiitake是日語“椎茸”的發(fā)音），這個大家熟悉就不貼圖了 鮑魚菇是Oyster mushroom金針菇 Enoki mushroom, 又是日語來的木耳是black fungus茄子是eggplant，而來自法語的aubergine也很常用fennel作菜時(shí)指茴香的莖，見下圖而我們做菜當(dāng)香料用的茴香，也就是八角，叫star anise 或 aniseed最后再補(bǔ)充幾個國內(nèi)常吃的蔬菜 青菜/菜心/青骨 Chinese flowering cabbage, 音譯Choy sum 更常用莧菜 Amaranth, Chinese spinach，音譯Ing Choy 也很流行菾菜，Silverbeet, 是菠菜的一種，我那叫“豬屎菜”，據(jù)說含有豐富鐵質(zhì)枸杞葉 Chinese boxthorn, Chinese wolfberry塘蒿 Garland Chrysanthemum, Edible
