【正文】 添加用戶 修改密碼 部門設(shè)置 職務(wù)設(shè)置 職稱設(shè)置 文化程度設(shè)置 根據(jù)權(quán)限驗證登錄 獎懲設(shè)置 假期設(shè)置 工資設(shè)置 考勤設(shè)置 第 4章 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 16 功能子 模塊 設(shè)計 人事管理模塊 人事管理界面圖如圖 所示： 圖 人事管理界面圖 該功能包括職工錄入、職工調(diào)動、職工離職和職工查詢，功能描述如下： 職工錄入： 是用戶自己錄入職工的基本信息。點擊添加時，人事考勤管理系統(tǒng)會為新職工分配一個唯一識別碼，這個編碼是（系統(tǒng)日 期 +錄入序號）。 當(dāng)用戶需要調(diào)動職工職位或職工已離職時，有相應(yīng)的界面給予相關(guān)操作。 考勤統(tǒng)計： 是有起始時間和終止時間設(shè)置，目的是考查在該時期內(nèi)職工的出勤 第 4章 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 17 次數(shù)。作此功能時，許多資料庫將自動刷新。進(jìn)行新的一個時間段考勤時 ,用戶必須運行此功能模塊 ,即能保證高效的速度及準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)，又能使每月考勤記錄都清晰有序?？筛鶕?jù)多種條件查詢員工工資表（單），并作修改。 工資 管理界面如圖 所示： 第 4章 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 18 圖 工資管理界面圖 工資管理流圖如圖 所示： 圖 工資管理流程圖 開始 結(jié)束 輸入職工號 是否存在 工資結(jié)算 工資信息錄入數(shù)據(jù)庫 數(shù)據(jù)是否完整 輸入工資信息 處理考勤記錄 第 4章 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 19 系統(tǒng)設(shè)置模塊 該功能包括添加用戶和修改密碼兩項功能，功能描述如下： 添加用戶： 只有被設(shè)置限為管理員的用戶才能執(zhí)行此項操作。 修改密碼： 可以更改使用人事考勤管理系統(tǒng)用戶的密碼。 當(dāng)用戶第一次進(jìn)入本系統(tǒng)時 ， 其初始口令是其代號 ， 用戶進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)后務(wù)必請立即修改口令 。此模塊主要對上述八項的基本屬性進(jìn)行設(shè)置。對于用戶權(quán)限的設(shè)置問題請見本章 節(jié)。該模塊流程圖如圖 所示： 是 否 否 是 圖 用戶登錄流程圖 報表打印 職工信息打?。? 主要用于統(tǒng)計單位內(nèi)某個時間段各部門員工的入職情況， 統(tǒng)計單位內(nèi)某個時間段各部門員工的離職情況 ， 可根據(jù)部門編開 始 num = 0 選擇用戶身份，輸入用戶名和密碼 num 是否大于 3 num=num+1 是否有效 進(jìn)入系統(tǒng) 結(jié) 束 第 4章 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 21 號、學(xué)位、職位和類別查閱在職員工相關(guān)基本資料，也可把該些基本資料另存?zhèn)浞?，以供日后翻查? 考勤統(tǒng)計打印： 根據(jù)考勤數(shù)據(jù)處理結(jié)果，統(tǒng)計出每個員工在設(shè)定的考勤時間段里的考勤數(shù)據(jù)。 工資結(jié)算打?。? 根據(jù)多種條件打印工資明細(xì)。 在完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計過程中主要出現(xiàn)以下幾種錯誤： 1. 從數(shù)據(jù)庫出來的數(shù)據(jù)都帶有空字符，容易引起判斷錯誤。要通過職工基本表查詢該職工的考 勤、工資情況， 在使用查詢的過程中感覺上是在考勤表和工資表里查詢叫‘小王’ 的人，但在查詢的過程中是使用職工基本表，在表里實際上是‘小王 ’，在小王的后面還有很多空字符，這樣就讓查詢不準(zhǔn)確。在出現(xiàn)查詢不準(zhǔn)確的時候，通過在程序里設(shè)置斷點，然后單步執(zhí)行程序，看每個變量是否是按照自己所想的進(jìn)行變化，這樣就發(fā)現(xiàn)了錯誤； 通過在變量前面加 trim()將左右出現(xiàn)的空字符清除，就解決了錯誤。經(jīng)過查閱相關(guān)書籍，發(fā)現(xiàn)每執(zhí)行一次查詢操作后都要對 ADO控件進(jìn)行刷新操作，這樣恢復(fù)數(shù)據(jù)庫原樣，再執(zhí)行查詢操作時就不會發(fā)現(xiàn)錯誤，使得結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確。在以前，學(xué)的都是一些理論上的東西，沒有應(yīng)用實踐。 一個完整的人事考勤管理系統(tǒng)要包括 人事管理，考勤管理，工資管理，決策支持，強(qiáng)大查詢功能等等。但該系統(tǒng)能體現(xiàn)整個人事考勤管理的流程，為用戶提供了友好界面，還為用戶提供打印功能。 感謝系里領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各位老師，犧牲了自己的時間 ,在畢業(yè)設(shè)計的過程中給我們提供了一個良好的環(huán)境，讓我們安心進(jìn)行畢業(yè)設(shè)計。他們?yōu)槲姨峁┝嗽S多寶貴的經(jīng)驗和學(xué)習(xí)資料 及可行性的建議，使我畢業(yè)設(shè)計得以順利進(jìn)行。 there were many orchards of fruit trees and beyond the plain the mountains were brown and bare. ERNEST HEMINGWAY was born in Oak Park, Illinois, in 1899, and began his writing career for _The Kansas City Star_ in 1917.
