【正文】 器材 趕 赴 現(xiàn)場滅 火 啟動 CMT,CMT成 員 前往 FCC或 指揮 中心 并與ERT組 長保持通訊 火勢已受控制 （是 /否） 是 :重置系統(tǒng) 回正常模式 完成火 災(zāi) 意外報告 三級 火警信號已啟動 及 下達(dá)全體疏散指令 R ESPO N SI B L EFCC / SecurityOperatorERT LeaderERT membersTelephoneOperatorFire WardensCMTMAJOR ACTIVITIES CODE 2 CODE 2 raised from CODE 1 by ERT Leader ERT continue to fight the fire. 5 mins starts No Yes CODE 2 raised directly from: manual break glass activation or telephone reporting Send Code 2 to all staff incl. ERT CMT. Report to Fire dept. Respond to guest enquiry ERT proceed to the scene and investigate with appropriate fire fighting equipment Fire wardens facilitate the partial evacuation. Report to FCC the evacuation status. CMT activated: proceed to FCC or mand post and municate with ERT leader Fire under control? (Yes/No) If Yes: Reset the system back to normal within 5 min after Code 2 activated Prepare fire alarm log or fire incident report. CODE 3 activated full evacuation declared 28 ? Report to FCC the evacuation status. ERT Evacuate and report to Fireman after their arrival. CMT take over the mand and respond according to the Crisis Management Procedures. 31 ?
