The paper intends to apply relevant listening theory to analyze these problems such as the Input Hypothesis of Professor Krashen. Besides, the paper is to approach them from the angles of teacher?s factors and student?s psychology. On the basis of these, some solutions are proposed, these are the teachers should make strategies training which includes cognitive strategy, affective strategy, design various exercisepatterns and bine the classroom teaching with extracurricular listening. Improving listening ability is a plicated process. It is crucial that the students are interested in listening and are skilled in listening.
