【正文】 定會成為產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的未來，以消費者為導(dǎo)向，柔性化生產(chǎn)，定制化生產(chǎn)將會取代，網(wǎng)貨將制造業(yè)的利潤提高，將渠道打掉，網(wǎng)貨讓所有的消費者得到個性化的產(chǎn)品，網(wǎng)規(guī)會讓這些企業(yè)更加的透明，更加的誠信，更加的受消費者的尊重，我相信這才是未來時代的發(fā)展，我們處在變化的時代，今天痛苦的人，你們?nèi)タ匆幌?，互?lián)網(wǎng)上反對聲音最大的是誰？是今天的成功者，網(wǎng)商群體中看到反對阿里巴巴和淘寶的已經(jīng)不是阿里巴巴和淘寶的競爭者，而是今天買賣中最好的人，他本來就想渠道有30%—40%，被淘寶搞了以后，只剩下10%—20%。我們尊重知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，尊重品牌，但我不尊重暴利，我更不尊重，為了維護自己某些特殊的利益而設(shè)置了大量的障礙，我今天也這么講，十年以后法律的規(guī)范是對傳統(tǒng)的專利、品牌也會受到巨大的沖擊。法律不能保障誠信，如果不相信誠信是有力量是不行的，今天的中國必須倡導(dǎo)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是有力量的，最后我想制造商們，這次金融危機可能是在座絕大部分今天沒有渠道，昨天一步臭棋今天會變成好棋，要迅速開始新的營銷。我還想講這句話，假如在二十一世紀(jì)你想成功，記住客戶第一，就是誠信，做一切的努力就是為了客戶，員工第二，最近爭議很多，我前幾天在香港的股東大會上講，客戶第一，員工第二，股東第三。有一位企業(yè)家跟我講，賣很好的產(chǎn)品，在淘寶上怎么賣也賣不出去，小丫頭一賣就賣出去了，哪些老頭賣產(chǎn)品的套路是不同的，年輕的店小二一上來就是親一下，我們是不適應(yīng)的，現(xiàn)在上淘寶如果沒有人說親我反而不適應(yīng)了。最后，十年后我希望在今天場地里坐著的人，絕大部分的人因為從今天開始的行動，今天推動網(wǎng)貨和網(wǎng)商的革命，十年后以成功者對自己對家庭成功的人站在這個臺上，對自己的家庭和世界負(fù)責(zé)任，感謝大家參加本次論壇，第三篇：馬云演講原稿I’m so never expect there are so many people ing here to listen to my when I sitting there I feel so you, thank you very my talk I would like to ask how many people here have used Alibaba , not many.[Laughs].And how many of you here have never been to China? We believe Internet is a treasure island which opens sesame for small we used Alibaba because it’s easy to spell, easy to we want to focus on helping small at that time we see [unintelligible 00:04:26] merce [with the] American emerce they focus on helping on big panies, they’re focusing on helping big panies to save the believed China we don’t have a lot of big panies, we have so many small business, and small business it’s so difficult for them to we can using Internet as a technology to help small business it’ll be we start to say if America is good at helping big panies, just like America is good at making basketball we should play pingpong in China, we should help the small we should not helping small guys to save cost, because small business know how to save the cost, but small business should learn how to make our business is focusing helping small business to make money we want to make the pany last for 102 people are curious – why 102 years?
