【正文】 庭作業(yè)還算可以，其實你可以做得更好。 The boss praised those who had worked (the) hardest. 老板表揚了那些工作最努力的人。如： Which of them is the better choice?— Well, it’s hard to tell. 他們誰是更合適的人選 ?—— 嗯，這很難說。 如： He’s got more money than the rest of us (put) together. 他的錢比我們大家的加在一起的總數(shù)還多。 ② 當(dāng)要特指兩者中 “ 較 (更 )?? ” 時，比較級前通常要帶定冠詞，此時可視為比較級后省略了有關(guān)的名詞或代詞 one，即定冠詞實為修飾被省略的名詞或代詞 one。 ③ 在比較級前用 the表示程度 (通常有表示原因、理由或條件的短語或從句 )。 I love him all the more for his faults. 正因為他這些缺點，所以我越發(fā)愛他。如： The younger you are, the easier it is to learn. 年紀越輕，學(xué)習(xí)越容易。 The more money you make, the more you spend. 你掙的錢越多，花的錢也越多。如： He is by far the cleverer than her. 他比她聰明得多。 注：與 比較級連用，通常要放在比較級之后，若放在比較級前，則比較級通常應(yīng)帶有冠詞。如： He’s the best teacher even though he has the leas t experience. 他盡管經(jīng)驗最少，但教得最好。如： This dictionary is (the) best. 這本詞典最好。 如： This dictionary is the best I could find. 這是我能找到的最好的詞典。
