FOB 價(jià)格條件 Free on Board (裝運(yùn)港船上交貨 ), 即貨物裝上運(yùn)載工具為價(jià)格條件 , 賣方負(fù)責(zé)將貨物裝到買方指定的運(yùn)輸工具 , 承擔(dān)將貨物裝上運(yùn)輸工具前的費(fèi)用和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此 , 貨物運(yùn)輸保險(xiǎn)由買方辦理。貨物在運(yùn)輸途中的保險(xiǎn)由買方辦理。 CFR 價(jià)格條件本身還有許多附加條件： CFR Liner Terms。 CFR Ex Tackle。保險(xiǎn)由賣方辦理。 信譽(yù)好的保險(xiǎn)公司訂立保險(xiǎn)合同。 最低保險(xiǎn)金額是 CIF加成 10％ , 并應(yīng)采用合同中規(guī)定的幣制。 1. 保單必須由保險(xiǎn)公司或其代理人開立 2. 出單日期早于貨物裝船發(fā)運(yùn)日期 3. CIF價(jià)格加 10％ ；貨應(yīng)與信用證使用的貨幣一致 4. 投保險(xiǎn)別準(zhǔn)確表達(dá) 5. 貨物需轉(zhuǎn)船 ， 保單加注 “ 轉(zhuǎn)船 ” transshipment字樣 。 7. 除信用證明確注明保險(xiǎn)不計(jì)免賠率外 ， 銀行將接受注明有免賠率的保險(xiǎn)單 。 四、貿(mào)易合同中的保險(xiǎn)條文 (一 )簽訂售貨合同應(yīng)注意事項(xiàng) 在簽訂貿(mào)易合同時(shí) , 必須明確雙方成交的價(jià)格條件。 2. 明確保險(xiǎn)的險(xiǎn)種和保險(xiǎn)金額及其加成率。 (二 )國(guó)際貿(mào)易合同中的保險(xiǎn)條款英文表達(dá) (1. 賣方按發(fā)票金額加成 10％投保平安險(xiǎn)” , “Insurance to be effected by the Sellers for 10％ of invoice value against .” (2. “賣方按發(fā)票金額加成 10％投保水漬險(xiǎn)” “ Insurance to be effected by the Sellers for 10％ of invoice value against .” (3. “賣方按發(fā)票金額加成 10％投保一切險(xiǎn)” “ Insurance to be effected by the Sellers for 10％ of invoice value against All Risks” (4. “賣方按發(fā)票金額加成 10％投保平安險(xiǎn)或 (水漬險(xiǎn) )加保進(jìn)口關(guān)稅險(xiǎn)” “ Insurance to be effected by the Sellers for 10％ of invoice value against or () including Risk of Import Duty.” (5. 貿(mào)易合同中約定投保平安險(xiǎn)或 (水漬險(xiǎn) ), 加保罷工險(xiǎn)。 “賣方按發(fā)票金額加成 10％投保平安險(xiǎn)或 (水漬險(xiǎn) )加保特別附加險(xiǎn)” “ Insurance to be effected by the Sellers for 10％ of invo
