【正文】 凸凹模47鳴 謝48設(shè)計(jì)總結(jié)本設(shè)計(jì)主要闡述了張力盤的沖壓模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)首先簡單分析了沖壓成形工藝的發(fā)展情況和沖壓成形的主要特點(diǎn)，以及沖壓模具的主要結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。結(jié)合工件的產(chǎn)量和模具設(shè)計(jì)的復(fù)雜程度，決定采用三套模具獨(dú)立成形。設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)闡述了模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過程。This design is major to have elaborated the stamping die structural design of tension plate. the major characteristic of the stamping shape, as well as the major structural characteristic of stamping mould.
