【正文】 ct Objectives 項(xiàng)目主要任務(wù) Major Tasks 項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行計劃 Implementation Plan 項(xiàng)目組織管理 Project Organization and Management 項(xiàng)目主要進(jìn)展 Recent Progress 項(xiàng)目初步產(chǎn)出 Initial Output 3 項(xiàng)目主要目標(biāo) Objectives 向國際社會表明中國基于本國國情，通過制定和實(shí)施一系列旨在促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的政策和規(guī)劃，為減緩氣候變化作出了積極貢獻(xiàn)； Indicating to the international munity that China has made active contribution to mitigate climate change. 通過開展深入研究，探索在中國提出并實(shí)施能夠同時兼顧可持續(xù)發(fā)展和應(yīng)對氣候變化要求的政策措施方面所面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn)； Exploring challenges and barriers to present and implement policies and measures that consider both climate change and sustainable development. 促進(jìn)對氣候變化可能造成的影響有更深入的了解，并推動采取相應(yīng)的適應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略以降低適應(yīng)氣候變化影響的脆弱性； Promoting better understanding to adaptation and adopt adaptation strategy to reduce vulnerability. 4 項(xiàng)目主要目標(biāo) Objectives 向國際社會闡述中國應(yīng)對 氣候變化國家戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)思想、原則與目標(biāo)； Indicating guiding ideas, principle and objectives of China’s response to climate change. 向國際社會表明中國基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，為應(yīng)對全球氣候變化而提出的減排與適應(yīng)的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域及其 措施與行動； Identifying prioritized areas for mitigation and adaptation, exploring policies and measures in these areas based on the requirement of sustainable development. 向國際社會傳達(dá)中國應(yīng)對全球氣候變化的 國際合作與需求 。 Presenting needs of international cooperation. 5 項(xiàng)目主要任務(wù) Major Tasks 綜述國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)，制定工作計劃； Review of international experiences. 中國溫室氣體排放現(xiàn)狀及未來排放預(yù)測研究； Present situation and projection of China’s GHG emissions 氣候變化對中國的影響與挑戰(zhàn)分析； Climate change impact and challenges in China 研究提出中國應(yīng)對氣候變化國家方案的指導(dǎo)思想、基本原則與總體目
