The coordination of the relationship between people, vehicles and roads has bee one of the important issues which need to be addressed with traffic management. Since the traffic lights produced, the internal circuit control system has been improved and the design methods varied also, but with the increasing of economic conditions, digital traffic lights can not meet the increasing traffic pressure. Nowadaystechnology development quickly, the function of programmable control system bee refinement also the characters of miniaturization, high reliability, and low prices make it more prominent in modern industry. Therefore usedtechnology to control the traffic lights at the intersection, through fielding trips to traffic light control system, selected an optimal programmer, then using Siemensto control the traffic lights39。traffic lights。PLC1 緒論隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，城市交通問(wèn)題越來(lái)越引起人們的關(guān)注，交通問(wèn)題成為制約我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)大問(wèn)題，我國(guó)人口眾多，現(xiàn)在大多數(shù)城市都經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)交通擁堵現(xiàn)象，人、車、路三者關(guān)系的協(xié)調(diào)，已經(jīng)成為交通管理部門(mén)需要解決的重要問(wèn)題之一 。因此20多年來(lái)，這些大城市紛紛修建城市高速公路，在高速公路建設(shè)完成的初期，它們也曾有效的改善了交通狀況。因此，如何采用合適的控制方法來(lái)緩解交通擁堵?tīng)顩r，也越來(lái)越成為交通運(yùn)輸管理和城市規(guī)劃部門(mén)亟待解決的主要問(wèn)題，可見(jiàn)改善城市交通燈控制系統(tǒng)是多么的重要。在了解了PLC的各種功能的基礎(chǔ)上，熟悉PLC的結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理，合理選擇符合要求的硬件和軟件，繪制出程序梯形圖，編出能實(shí)現(xiàn)功能的指令，完成對(duì)基于西門(mén)子S7200 PLC的交通燈控制的設(shè)計(jì)。它采用一類可編程的存儲(chǔ)器，用于其內(nèi)部存儲(chǔ)程序，執(zhí)行邏輯運(yùn)算，順序控制，定時(shí)，計(jì)數(shù)與算術(shù)操作等面向用戶的指令，并通過(guò)數(shù)字或模擬式輸入/輸出控制各種類型的機(jī)械或生產(chǎn)過(guò)程?！?分類：(3)按I/O點(diǎn)數(shù)分類：特點(diǎn)：(1)(2)通用性強(qiáng)，控制程序可變，使用方便。(4)編程簡(jiǎn)單，容易掌握。(6)體積小、重量輕、功耗低、維護(hù)方便。應(yīng)用：最初，PLC主要用于開(kāi)關(guān)量的邏輯控制。具體有：(1)
