【正文】 the contracting goods within delivery time. （ d） 甲方負(fù)責(zé)按本協(xié)議規(guī)定向乙方支付傭金。 并且甲方在收到付款發(fā)票后十五天內(nèi)按照比例支付乙方傭金。每批付款前，乙方需向甲方提供與甲方每批付款額等額的正式代理費(fèi)發(fā)票。付款賬號(hào)必須與發(fā)票上注明的賬號(hào)收款單位一致。 This Agreement shall be valid since the day when it entered into force till the contract is pleted by Party A and all payments are received by them and in turn all mission by party B. 5．協(xié)議的終止 Termination 若一方違約，雙方當(dāng)事人爭(zhēng)取及時(shí)解決爭(zhēng)議的問(wèn)題以期雙方滿意。 In case there is any nonperformance and/or violation of the terms and conditions under this Agreement by either party during the effective period of this Agreement, the parties hereto shall do their best to settle the matter in question as prompt and amicable as possible to mutual satisfaction.
