And has strong pharmacological effects,modern research shows that Paris has antitumor, antiviral, antibacterial, antiinflammatory and analgesic hemostatic immunomodulatory effects. Therefore, Paris polyphylla is widely used in clinical application,has important medicinal value,especially as antitumor drugs and women drug,worthy of paper summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Paris polyphylla ,provide scientific basis for its further development and utilization.Key Words：Paris polyphylla；chemical constituent；pharmacological effects引言：重樓為百合科植物云南重樓或七葉一枝花的干燥根莖。秋季采挖，除去須根，洗凈，曬干。其味苦，性微寒，有小毒。其中甾體皂苷研究較多，并認(rèn)為是重樓中最主要的活性物質(zhì)。[12]在抗腫瘤、止血、止痛鎮(zhèn)靜作用、抑菌消炎抗病毒、心血管作用、免疫調(diào)節(jié)、胃腸疾病的治療、止咳平喘、肝腎保護等方面具有一定的活性。1 化學(xué)成分 甾體皂苷類重樓中含有較大量的甾體皂苷，苷元主要為薯蕷皂苷元和偏諾皂苷元。[45] 植物甾醇目前在重樓中分離或測定到β谷甾醇3乙酸酯，豆甾醇3乙酸酯，β谷甾醇，豆甾醇，胡蘿卜苷，△ 5，22豆甾醇3OβD葡萄吡喃糖苷等植物甾醇。[7] 黃酮類重樓含有的黃酮類活性成分包括山奈酚3－Ｏ－β－Ｄ－吡喃葡萄糖基（1→6）－β－Ｄ－
