Governing law: Claims and disputes in connection with this agreement shall be in accord with the Vienna Conventions, unless otherwise noted, in writing, Taiwan ROC or Hong Kong with the respect to the venue of any breach.管轄之法律：有關(guān)本協(xié)議書所牽連之索賠以及爭端，將使用維也納協(xié)約除有書面約定外，臺灣或是香港法院皆為其管轄訴訟之法院。 and otherwise to pay other related expenses whether in court or out of court to pel the payment of the damages provided for herein.違約：如有發(fā)生對本協(xié)議書之違約時，受影響損害之一方受到如傭金或是報酬金之損失，該不履行約定之一方，不論是直接或是間接的造成了違約或任何一方日又因他方不違約便可得到之利益，卻因此違約而失去時，受有損害之一方因此可加以主張其損失外，另外對不履約及違約者可要求支付所有訴訟費用、律師費以及其它在任何法院審判程序；及其過程中對其個人，該簽署者之實質(zhì)財產(chǎn)中，未進(jìn)行的到判決所支付之相關(guān)費用以及其它方面不論是法院之內(nèi)或之外，為了要求強制支付損害賠償所支付之費用皆可要求。本協(xié)議書中所有簽署者皆遵從并愿受上述仲裁之約束（或者該國際商會日后修訂之條款皆應(yīng)依循，除非雙方于所有各方再一次協(xié)議書公證之日后另以書面約定時，則可免除雙方協(xié)議）。14.
