【正文】 rector中國(guó)區(qū)安全總監(jiān)（中國(guó)區(qū)安全副總裁） Responsible to the CEO/Regional President for providing petent Hamp。S improvement objective(s), plan and budget to the CEO/Regional President and regional management Propose updates to regional Hamp。S Managers Evaluate the BU safety performance annually Develop the Individual Development plan for BU Hamp。S Managers annually Drive regional Hamp。S Managers as needed Manage and administer regional Hamp。S Management System, issue audit reports and follow the implementation of his/her remendations Manage the regional Hamp。S munication contents and media Drive the development of Hamp。 制定中國(guó)區(qū)年度健康和安全改進(jìn)目標(biāo)，計(jì)劃和預(yù)算，并提交中國(guó)區(qū)CEO和管委會(huì) 更新區(qū)域健康和安全方針和健康和安全管理體系，并和分支的方針保持一致 為BU健康和安全經(jīng)理設(shè)定年度目標(biāo) 每年評(píng)估BU的安全業(yè)績(jī) 為BU的健康和安全經(jīng)理制定個(gè)人發(fā)展計(jì)劃，并評(píng)估BU健康和安全經(jīng)理的年度業(yè)績(jī) 推定中國(guó)區(qū)健康和安全管理體系的執(zhí)行 根據(jù)需要向BU總裁和健康安全經(jīng)理提供建議和支持 管理并執(zhí)行中國(guó)區(qū)的健康和安全業(yè)績(jī)報(bào)告系統(tǒng)并向分支提供季報(bào) 進(jìn)行BU健康和安全管理體系審計(jì)，出具審計(jì)報(bào)告并跟蹤建議的執(zhí)行情況 管理水泥健康和安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)并在整個(gè)中國(guó)區(qū)的所有員工內(nèi)分享經(jīng)驗(yàn)和最佳實(shí)踐 確保分支內(nèi)所有的死亡事故被充分的調(diào)查，關(guān)閉和交流 建議分支健康和安全交流內(nèi)容和媒體 推動(dòng)中國(guó)區(qū)健康和安全技能的提高 制定中國(guó)區(qū)安全培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃 以身作則BU Industrial Director各分區(qū)工業(yè)總監(jiān) Responsible to the General Manager for BU Hamp。S Policy and Management System in all plants reporting to him/her Ensure that all Plant Managers receive adequate information and training to allow them to perform their Hamp。S objective(s) and action plan (actions mon to all sites) and support its implementation Approve the medium and short term Hamp。S objective(s) for Plant Manager(s) and evaluate its achievement Make Hamp。S performance Participate in Hamp。S performance during Plant visits, wearing personal protective equipment where required...) Require the Plant Managers to take specific Hamp。S Manager 向總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)，執(zhí)行BU的健康和安全方針和管理體系并實(shí)現(xiàn)他負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的業(yè)績(jī) 確保在其負(fù)責(zé)的所有工廠內(nèi)執(zhí)行BU的健康安全方針和管理體系 確保所有工廠經(jīng)理接受充分的信息和培訓(xùn)以便幫其履行健康和安全職責(zé) 幫助制定BU年度健康和安全目標(biāo)和行動(dòng)計(jì)劃（行動(dòng)計(jì)劃和其它現(xiàn)場(chǎng)保持一致）并支持其執(zhí)行 批準(zhǔn)由工廠經(jīng)理提出的中期和短期的健康和安全業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo)和行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，并利用適當(dāng)?shù)馁Y源確保其實(shí)現(xiàn)（PIP，預(yù)算） 為工廠經(jīng)理設(shè)定個(gè)人年度健康和安全目標(biāo)并評(píng)估其實(shí)現(xiàn)的程度 讓健康和安全成為工廠經(jīng)理會(huì)議上的一個(gè)的長(zhǎng)期的話題并監(jiān)督現(xiàn)場(chǎng)健康和安全業(yè)績(jī) 參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的健康和安全審計(jì)，死亡事故調(diào)查并監(jiān)督重大事故調(diào)查 以身作則（通過(guò)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查期間詢問(wèn)健康和安全業(yè)績(jī)，穿戴所需要的個(gè)人防護(hù)用品等） 要求工廠經(jīng)理采取專門的健康和安全措施 將健康和安全表現(xiàn)作為工廠經(jīng)理提升的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)之一 對(duì)BU健康和安全經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)的大額安全投資給予授權(quán)BU Safety Manager各分區(qū)安全總監(jiān)（經(jīng)理） Responsible to the BU General or Industrial Manager and Regional Safety Director for the promotion of BU Hamp。S Policy and Management System in accordance with regional policies and systems Drive BU Hamp。S Managers Ensure that plant has established a safe operational organization Ensure that all operations are plied with the Hamp。S reporting system and monitor BU Hamp。S Committee where held。S topic Propose annual BU Hamp。S activities mon to all plants and manage the network of plant Hamp。S perspective, BU capital expenditure and significant and relevant revenue expenditure plans Evaluate the plant safety performance annually Develop the Individual Development plan for plant Hamp。S Managers annually Conduct plant audits Participate in accident investigations and make sure that every accident in the BU is fully investigated, closed out, and suitably municated according to the Incident/Accident Reporting and Investigation procedures Follow and municate the evolution of local Hamp。S munication contents and media Drive the development of Hamp。S Policy and Management SystemImplementation and performance attainment in his/her plants Ensure the application of Hamp。S Manager, appoint employees to perform specific Hamp。S role In liaison with his/her management team and Plant Hamp。S performance objectives and action plans together with the appropriate resources to ensure attainment (PIP, Budget...) Set personal annual Hamp。S Committee and lead all the activities of Hamp。S performance, ensuring that Hamp。S clauses are included in contractors agreements, and that contractors39。S behaviour and performance on site is properly monitored, evaluated and made a criterion for contractors39。S audits and regularly inspect the site Participate in major accident investigations and publish the results
