General This code is applicable to newly built, expanded and transformed projects in chemical engineering, petrochemical, metallurgical and textile fields, and is not applicable to production maintenance projects or engineering construction projects with special requirements. The raw materials used for anticorrosion works must conform to the provisions in state professional standards or in this code, and have exworks certificates and inspection data. When necessary, raw materials shall be reinspected on a sampled basis. The construction formulation for various anticorrosion works can be used only after test qualification certificate has been issued by a testing institute with Grade II certificate qualification. The determined construction formulation must not be changed without authorization. The construction safety technology and labor protection for anticorrosion works shall also conform to the provisions in relevant current standards and codes of the state, in addition to the provisions herein. 2.
