【正文】 揚機型式。主機間尺寸為 *(長 *寬 )，裝機高程為 ，主機間高 ，內(nèi)裝 3 臺 單 機 容 量 為 44MW 水 輪 發(fā) 電 機 組 。有變室尺寸為*(長 *寬 )。對外交通采用雙車道從安裝間下游引出與進廠道路相接。（ 2）攔河壩維修護工作主要包括啟閉機 室缺陷修復(fù)、壩區(qū)綠化維護等?，F(xiàn)場辦公生活區(qū)公用設(shè)施包括職工宿舍 2 棟、現(xiàn)場值班管理辦公樓 1 棟、職工食堂 1 棟，共 4 棟房屋建筑及生活用水蓄水池水廠 1 座。 三、施工進度管理 施工總體布置 臨時生產(chǎn)、生活設(shè)施布置 本項目的生 活區(qū)、生產(chǎn)區(qū)臨時設(shè)施設(shè)置在樂昌峽大壩工程所在地的生活區(qū)和生產(chǎn)區(qū)內(nèi)。 生活辦公用房建筑面積 1400m2，生產(chǎn)用房建筑面積 600m2。 生活區(qū)是職工休息、生活的地方，其環(huán)境好壞直接影響職工工作質(zhì)量。 為保證生活區(qū)的優(yōu)良環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，制訂生 活區(qū)守則，規(guī)范生活區(qū)內(nèi)的活動；宿舍設(shè)置垃圾筒，收集生活垃圾；生活區(qū)指定 1 名清潔工清掃、維護生活區(qū)的清潔衛(wèi)生。生活用水的水質(zhì)必須通過衛(wèi) 3 生部門有關(guān)的檢驗方可飲用。蓄水池連接供水管網(wǎng)，并輸水至生產(chǎn)區(qū)各供水點。 本工程 的施工地點零散，但都屬于壩區(qū)內(nèi)范圍，故利用現(xiàn)有的壩區(qū) 內(nèi)交通就可滿足場內(nèi)交通要求 ， 足以滿足往各施工工作面運輸材料的交通要求。 主要項目的施工情況及完成工程量 主體工程運行 維 護 項目 內(nèi)容包括： 1）地下廠房維修養(yǎng)護工作主要包括地下廠房內(nèi)排水溝集水井清理、輸水隧洞在年度檢查后進行缺陷修復(fù)、地下廠房各層排水廊道內(nèi)的積渣進行清理等。 3）現(xiàn)場辦公生活區(qū)日常維護保養(yǎng)。 4 主體工程運行 維護項目 完成的主要工程量表： 編號 項目名稱 單位 工程量 備注 一 發(fā)電廠房系統(tǒng)維護養(yǎng)護 1 廊道積渣人工清理 m179。 主體工程 維護項目 ： ① 發(fā)電廠房系統(tǒng)維護養(yǎng)護 完成投資 元 ,② 壩 攔河壩工程 完成投資 元 , ③ 臨時施工措施 完成投資 元 ,④ 現(xiàn)場辦公生活區(qū)日常維護保 養(yǎng) 完成投資 元 。： 地下廠房各層排水廊道內(nèi)的積渣主要為有關(guān)鈣化物清理及部分巖石掉塊，采用人工清理方法，用鐵鏟和土箕配合將沉積物堆至交通洞或排風(fēng)出渣洞，再由小型運輸設(shè)備運至采購人指定的地點堆放。 啟閉機室門頂欄水飄板 溢流壩啟閉機室門頂攔水飄板部位是在溢流壩啟閉機室門口頂部增設(shè)的砼攔水飄板，攔水飄板采用 C20 鋼筋混凝土厚10cm，寬 20cm，長 120cm。 C20 混凝土水泥用量按 300kg/m3()拌制混凝土。 （ 2）修補墻、柱表面：修補前，先涂刷一遍用三倍水稀釋后的 107膠水。 （ 3）刮膩子：遍數(shù)可由墻面平整程度決定，一般為兩遍，膩子以纖維素溶液、福粉、加少量 107 膠，光油和石膏粉拌合而成。干燥后磨砂紙，將浮膩子及班跡磨平磨光，再將墻柱表面打掃干凈。 （ 4）刷第一遍乳膠漆：乳膠漆在使用前要先用蘿斗過濾。乳膠漆用排尺涂刷。乳膠漆使用前應(yīng)攪拌均勻，適當(dāng)加水稀釋，防止頭遍漆刷不開。涂刷時，從一頭開始，逐漸向另一頭推進，要上下順刷，互相銜接， 7 后一排筆緊接前一筆，避免出現(xiàn)干燥后接頭，待第一遍乳膠漆干燥后，復(fù)補膩子，膩子干燥后用紙磨光，清掃干凈。使用前要充分攪拌如不很稠，不宜加水或少加水，以 防露底。右壩頭觀景平臺 植草磚根據(jù)采購人要求，對 部分凹陷部位植草磚進行翻 鋪，添加土整平后重新鋪設(shè) 植草磚；對植草磚已損壞的 予以更換。 壩上游至 交通橋處的護坡雜草清除干凈，拔除其它不合適的草種（通稱雜草）。 8 ⑶初步擬定本工程的開工時間大約在 2 月份下旬， 2 月份至 5 月份剛好是春季多雨水多蟲害季節(jié)，在必要時對綠化維護區(qū)域進行一次病蟲害的防治，主要防治地老虎和草坪銹病、枯萎病；可用除莠劑進行化學(xué)防治，或者加強人工拔除措施。腳手架在使用過程中注意如下事項： ⑴操作的施工荷載允許標準值為 KN/m2。 ⑶六級及以上大風(fēng)和霧、雨天應(yīng)停止腳手架上的作業(yè)。 ⑷腳手架搭設(shè)人員必須是經(jīng)考核（特種作業(yè)人員安全技術(shù)考核管理規(guī)則）合格的專業(yè)架子工。 ⑹腳手架投入使用前，必須經(jīng)專業(yè)安全員驗收合格后方可使用。作業(yè)時施工人員衣著要輕便，禁止穿硬底鞋、拖鞋、高跟鞋以及帶釘或易滑的各種鞋從事高空作業(yè) ； 對進行高空作業(yè)的人員應(yīng)進行安全技術(shù)教育及交底，落實防護措施和 個人防護用品 ，否則，不得進行施工 ； 操作人員必須栓安全帶，入場人員必須戴安全帽 ； 雨天和雪天進行高空作業(yè)時，必須采取可靠的防滑、防寒和防凍措施，冰雪應(yīng)及時清除 ，并對防護措施逐一檢查、修繕。將水池范圍表面的沉渣、青苔等腐生物進行清理；對設(shè)備房內(nèi)部進行清掃。 （ 4）公用電器設(shè)備維護：電氣設(shè)備維護是指現(xiàn)場生活辦公區(qū)域的普通電氣維護。 廠家技術(shù)人員正在對多功 能廳進行維護 水處理器一般設(shè)備維護 11 五 、工程施工質(zhì)量情況 在 發(fā)包人 的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和全力支持下，我項目部全體員工以嚴謹、積極、認真的工作態(tài)度，注重施工質(zhì)量，做到發(fā)現(xiàn)問題馬上處理， 發(fā)包人 提出問題我們立即整改，從不遺留，不推脫，嚴格按 合同要求 和《水利工程管理考核辦法》以及現(xiàn)行的施工標準、規(guī)范約束自己的施工行為，使工程維修養(yǎng)護達到 合同驗收 的要求，工程質(zhì)量全部合格。 現(xiàn)場辦公辦公生活區(qū)日常維護已完成，各種設(shè)備正常運行。 六 、文明施工與安全生產(chǎn) 在施工過程中我項目部還非常注重安全生產(chǎn)，經(jīng)常 對 項目部工作人員 進行安全教育，學(xué)習(xí)安全生產(chǎn)法律、法規(guī)、制度和安全紀律， 提高項目部工作人員的安全意識，學(xué)習(xí)交通安全、防雷等應(yīng)急避險知識，提高應(yīng)急避 險的技能，做到文明施工、安全施工， 施工期間 無一例安全責(zé)任事故。 to implement , do not want to, dare not, not with disciplinary ruler to supervision。 not to have conquered, but to have fought well. 2, the plain is the background of life.
