【正文】 第七章 第一節(jié) 信用證的種類 即期付款信用證、延期付款信用證、 承兌信用證和議付信用證 議付信用證 是指開證行在信用證中明確邀請其他銀行為受益人提交的符合信用證要求的單據(jù)敘做出口押匯 (議付），并保證對議付后取得善意持票人身份的銀行及時償付。一般要求開立匯票，匯票的出票人是受益人，收款人是受益人自己，再由他背書轉讓給議付行，或者收款人就是議付行，匯票付款人必須是議付行以外的當事銀行，如開證行、保兌行等，不能以申請人作為付款入。 ? Sight credit: letter of credit indicating a bank to pay at sight on presentation of documents required is a sight credit, and the relevant bank is called paying bank. ? Deferred credit: letter of credit indicating a bank to pay on a specified future date, is a deferred, and the bank concerned is called paying bank. ? Acceptance credit: letter of credit indicating a bank to accept and pay the face value of draft drawn on this bank at maturity, is an acceptance credit, the bank concerned is named as accepting bank. ? Negotiation credit: letter of credit indicating another bank or any bank to negotiate or time draft, is a negotiation credit, and the bank concerned is called negotiating bank. 第七章 第一節(jié) 信用證的種類 五、可轉讓信用證、不可轉讓信用證 可轉讓信用證 是指開證行授權指定的轉讓行 (即被授權付款、承兌或議付的銀行 )，在原受益人 (即第一受益人 )的要求下，將信用證的可執(zhí)行權利 (即裝運貨物、交單取款的權利 )全部或部分轉讓給一個或數(shù)個第三者（即第二受益人 )的信用證；若是自由議付信用證，則開證行應在信用證中明確指定一家轉讓行。 不可轉讓信用證 是指受益人不能將信用證的可執(zhí)行權利轉讓給他人的信用證 。 A backtoback documentary credit is a new documentary credit opened in favor of another beneficiary on the basis if an already existing, irrevocable documentary credit. 區(qū)別：可轉讓信用證 ? 對背信用證是新證，轉讓信用證是原證的延展。 ? 可轉讓信用證必須明確表明可轉讓字樣；對背只要開征銀行同意即可。 例： 第二受益人 第二通知行 第二開證人 第二開證行 第一受益人 （出口商） 第一通知行 / 保兌行，議付行 第一開證人 （進口商） 第一開證行 7 6 5 8 4 9 10 3 1 12 2 11 第七章 第一節(jié) 信用證的種類 七、對開信用證 一國的出口商向另一國的進口商輸出商品，同時又向他購進貨物，這樣可把一張出口信用證和一張進口信用證掛起鉤來，使其相互聯(lián)系，互為條件，這種做法稱為對開信用證（ reciprocal credit)。 第七章 第一節(jié) 信用證的種類 八、循環(huán)信用證 循環(huán)信用證 (revolving credit)是指信用證的全部或部分金額被使用以后仍可恢復到原金額，繼續(xù)被使用的信用證。 根據(jù)每期信用證余額處理方式的不同，又可分為按時間循環(huán)的信用證和按金額循環(huán)的信用證兩種 ? A revolving credit is an obligation on the part of an issuing bank to restore a credit to the original amount after it has been utilized, without need for amendment.
