科、基礎(chǔ)支撐技術(shù)和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等進(jìn)行了研討,發(fā)表了一些論文,對(duì)數(shù)字礦山建設(shè)起了積極推動(dòng)作用。 (2)“數(shù)字礦山”是一個(gè)多學(xué)科群體,涉及諸多交叉學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,需要礦山企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同攻關(guān)。 (3)“數(shù)字礦山”建設(shè)應(yīng)以需求牽引,結(jié)合國(guó)情和礦山實(shí)際。 綜上所述可見:礦山空間信息學(xué) (現(xiàn)代礦山測(cè)量科技 )是地球空間信息學(xué)的一個(gè)分支和重要組成部分;它在 現(xiàn)代礦山生產(chǎn)建設(shè)和管理,以及“數(shù)字礦山”建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著重要的不可或缺的作用:隨著地球空間信息科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,礦山信息化、自動(dòng)化、智能化生產(chǎn)和管理的發(fā)展,其作用將日益增強(qiáng)。在中國(guó),煤礦事故頻發(fā),就近幾年來說,一次死亡 10 人以上的人事故 2020 年~ 2020 年共有 188 起,平均 7. 4 天 l 起,2020 年發(fā)生 67 起,平均 5. 4 天 1 起, 2020 年 百萬(wàn)噸死亡率為 2. 04l,共死亡 4746 人。但是作為礦山生產(chǎn)“眼睛”的礦山測(cè)繪工作被忽視,一些地方礦山根本沒有專業(yè)的礦山測(cè)量和礦井地質(zhì)人員,使得反映礦山生產(chǎn)空間動(dòng)態(tài)特征及事故隱患的采掘工程圖件資料等不完整或缺失,也是重要因素。 加強(qiáng)礦產(chǎn)、土地資源監(jiān)管和環(huán)境修復(fù)給礦山測(cè)量提供了施展才能的更多空間 建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、 環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)己為我們的國(guó)策。但因缺乏切實(shí)有效的經(jīng)濟(jì)、行政和技術(shù)監(jiān)管措施,我國(guó)的資源浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染破壞問題仍十分嚴(yán)重。為此可借鑒俄羅斯、德國(guó)和東歐等國(guó)家的經(jīng)驗(yàn),授予礦山測(cè)量師和礦山地質(zhì)師對(duì)礦山的資源開采進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督的職責(zé)。 制訂或修訂各種礦山測(cè)量規(guī)程 (范 )是當(dāng)務(wù)之急 在 我國(guó),許多礦山測(cè)量范疇的規(guī)程、規(guī)范,如《 (煤 )礦山測(cè)量規(guī)程》、《礦山測(cè)量圖圖例》、《開采沉陷觀測(cè)規(guī)科》、《三量 (開拓礦量、準(zhǔn)備礦量和回采礦量 )劃分和計(jì)算方法規(guī)定》中英文資料 11 等大都是上個(gè)世紀(jì) 70. 80 年代制 (修 )訂的。同時(shí),為保證安全生產(chǎn),保護(hù)環(huán)境,還必須制定一些新的法規(guī) [6]。我們認(rèn)為,在普通大學(xué)本科中可不必單獨(dú)沒置“礦山測(cè)最 (礦山空間信息學(xué) )”專業(yè),但在一些院校的測(cè)繪工程本科教育中仍應(yīng)保持其礦業(yè)特色,更不必說研究生的研究方向了。 中英文資料 12 參考文獻(xiàn) [1]郭達(dá)志,測(cè)繪科技與礦山測(cè)量的新進(jìn)展 [J].礦山測(cè)量, 2020, (1): 59.
