　　Labor Dispute Resolutions
　　第十五條 雙方發(fā)生爭議，任何一方當(dāng)事人可向甲方所在地的勞動爭議仲裁委員會申訴，由仲裁委員會依法調(diào)解或裁決。

　　第三條 工作條件和勞動保護 article 3 working conditions and working protection
　　甲方須為乙方提供符合國家規(guī)定的安全衛(wèi)生的工作環(huán)境，并向乙方提供必要的勞動防護用品。
