Manufacture and sale of the “spraystone” and “superstone” products (“the Stone Business”)。 The Borrower intends to cease operating the Wicker Business. 借款方因生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營需要，向貸款方借款。 For its production and operation, the Borrower intends to borrow money from the Lender. The Lender agrees that no interest will be payable on the Loan for the term of the loan while the Borrower is not in default of repayment. 2. 借款方應(yīng)按照以下還款期向貸款方償還借款： 在本合同簽訂之日起十二個(gè)月內(nèi)償還借款美元； 在本合同簽訂之日起二十四個(gè)月內(nèi)償還借款 美元； 在合同簽訂之日起三十六個(gè)月內(nèi)償還借款 美元。 3.
