technology，he shall assure JOINT turn out qualified products in accordance with the designed capacity within the period herein provided。 　　Assisting the employees of JOINT VENTURE, or other relevant 　　(3)乙方對技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓協(xié)議中規(guī)定的各階段提供的技術(shù)和技術(shù)服務(wù)，應(yīng)開列詳細(xì)清單作為該協(xié)議的附件，并保證實(shí)施。 　　(4)圖紙、技術(shù)條件和其他詳細(xì)資料是所轉(zhuǎn)讓的技術(shù)的組成部分，保證如期提交。
