, The working strength is big, low efficiency and cannot meet the demand of the market, in order to change this situation, this paper will plete the design instruction to destonner design of decorticate machine for Peanut. To remove the stone, Destonner part adopt vibration screen of rate with other institutions( transmission mechanism、 fan, etc) .It Mainly includes vibration screen of rate、 chassis ponents、 feeding mouth、 transmission mechanism、 fan、 roller, etc. The beginning of the design is the draft of total scheme, through market research and consulting relevant material, I made a correlation analysis and parative choice ,the total scheme has determined finally. As the important ponent of destonner part, vibration screen of rate has been designed detailed especially in the working principle and parameters selection. There are introductions for choosing type and puting to the power fraction and the drive fraction, the reasonable shapes and sizes design in the frame and feeding mouth . This product for destonner of decorticate machine for Peanut has simple structure and reliable performance, it is easy to adjust and has high production efficiency. The appear of decorticate machine for Peanut changed the traditional ways for decorticating, relieved the work intensity, increased the work efficiency, it’s continuous development will expand use scope.
