【正文】 the two rigid demand, it bees a highrise hotel building needs. This design project is a economic level highrise hotel building in harbin, the main target for the travel act, shortterm travel and road travelers. This building is Lshaped overall shape of the plane, which is meters long and meters wide in the long side, meters long and meters wide in the short side, and meters high, 1092 square meters on each floor. Reinforced concrete frame shear wall is selected to bear vertical load and level load. The building bases on the Box foundation. The first part is architectural design. The first floor of the building is the hall, the upper part is guest room aerea. The design gives the Lshaped layout of traffic routes and arranges rooms on both sides of the rectangular frame building. This design gives full consideration to the request of the building function, fire prevention and economic applicability. The second part is structural design. In the calculation of internal forces, first, calculate a framework plane and some ponents with handcount, than, calculate the threedimensional framework with PKPM software. The third part is the design for basis. This design uses Box foundation.
