【正文】 是管理活動(dòng)的核心，把人作為管理的主要對(duì)象和管理的最重要資源，尊重人的價(jià)值，全面開 發(fā)人力資源，以謀求人的全面自由發(fā)展為最終目的，人本特色企業(yè)模式具有深刻的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵，體現(xiàn)了社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)人的發(fā)展提出的要求。以人為本的管理模式是當(dāng)代社會(huì)發(fā)展和企業(yè)改革的必然選擇。然而，隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的管理模式已不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前企業(yè)發(fā)展的客觀要求。針對(duì)企業(yè)而言，管理模式的創(chuàng)新是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)進(jìn)步的一個(gè)重要保障。世界現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)歷了百年實(shí)踐，開始認(rèn)識(shí)到應(yīng)當(dāng)先化人后化物，以人為中心的管理思想得到前所未有的重視，并開始滲透到經(jīng)濟(jì)管理的各個(gè)層面。 關(guān)鍵詞： 知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、人本管理、以人為本 西華師范大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 第 II 頁 Abstract Era of knowledge economy of the 21st century,knowledge in the socioeconmic development and the importance of the contribution degree is increasingly the 21st century,businesses should be what kind of management to meet the challenges of the new century?With the economic and social development of the diverse,plex and people’s consumption structure,changes in consumer attitudes,the modern enterprise management in the social and cultural level,the concept of innovation is increasingly being a pressing that is peopleoriented,bring all the elements of the human factor on the first,respect for human needs so as to arouse people’s greatese enthusiasm,and create a harmonious business environment.
