本文從檸檬酸及其用途,總體工藝建設(shè)方案,原料及其處理,發(fā)酵及醪液處理工藝,粗提與精制工藝蒸發(fā)、結(jié)晶、分離、干燥等幾個(gè)方面,簡(jiǎn)介工藝設(shè)計(jì)中的基本方法。在本工程的設(shè)計(jì)中,原料處理及發(fā)酵工 藝的確定。因而采用了玉米干法脫胚粉碎或薯干直接粉碎調(diào)漿、液化 (玉米液化漿
