包裝機(jī)械是完成全部或部分包裝過程的機(jī)械。自動(dòng)顆粒包裝機(jī)是針對(duì) 食品、醫(yī)藥、茶葉、化工、等產(chǎn)品中松散狀、無粘性、細(xì)小的顆粒物品 并能自動(dòng)進(jìn)行幾道集中工序的包裝機(jī)，大部分應(yīng)用于食品、生活行業(yè)，跟人們的生活關(guān)系密切。 （ 1）大幅度的提高生產(chǎn)效率 如顆粒包裝機(jī)的生產(chǎn)率可高達(dá) 30000 袋 /h，這是手工包裝無法比擬的。 （ 3）保護(hù)環(huán)境，節(jié)約原材料，降低成本 手工包裝液體產(chǎn)品時(shí)，易造成產(chǎn)品外濺；包裝粉末狀產(chǎn)品時(shí)，往往造成粉塵飛揚(yáng)，既污染了環(huán)境，又浪費(fèi)了原材料。 （ 4）改善產(chǎn)品衛(wèi)生條件，提高產(chǎn)品包裝質(zhì)量，增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)的銷售能力。 （ 6）減少包裝場(chǎng)地面積，節(jié)約基金投資 采用機(jī)械包裝，產(chǎn)品和包裝材料的供給是比較集中的，各包裝工序安排比較緊湊，因而減少了包裝的占地面積，可以節(jié)約基建投資。包裝機(jī)還有很多其他的分類方法：按產(chǎn)品狀態(tài)分，有 液體、塊狀、散粒體包裝機(jī)；按包裝作用分，有內(nèi)包裝、外包包裝機(jī)；按包裝行業(yè)分，有食品、日用化工、紡織品等包裝機(jī)；按包裝工位分，有單工位、多工位包裝機(jī)；按自動(dòng)化程度分，有半自動(dòng)、全自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)等。 （ 2） 袋成型機(jī)構(gòu)：把接收到的平張薄膜通過三角板和圓弧槽卷成圓筒狀，利于豎封和供料。所以，結(jié)合成型機(jī)構(gòu)，就實(shí)現(xiàn)了：卷狀→平張→筒狀→豎封→橫封。 （ 5） 切斷機(jī)構(gòu)：在熱定型式封口機(jī)構(gòu)持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的同時(shí)，切斷機(jī)構(gòu)通過凸輪回轉(zhuǎn)
