【正文】 nd and price will always be subject to international political, economic, military and diplomatic struggles factors。 it is a modern industrial and transportation of blood, is the world39。s oil and natural gas replaced coal to bee the world39。消防預(yù)案是針對(duì)重點(diǎn)保護(hù)部位可能發(fā)生的火災(zāi) , 根據(jù)滅火戰(zhàn)斗的指導(dǎo)思想和戰(zhàn)術(shù)原則 , 結(jié)合現(xiàn)有消防裝備器材 , 以假設(shè)火情擬定的滅火戰(zhàn)斗預(yù)案 , 是滅火指揮員下達(dá)作戰(zhàn)。 眾所周知 ,石油庫(kù)、加油站儲(chǔ)存的油品是易燃易爆物品 , 發(fā)生火災(zāi)爆炸的危險(xiǎn)性大 , 一旦發(fā)生火災(zāi)爆炸事故 , 損失大 , 傷亡大 , 影響大?，F(xiàn)今爭(zhēng)奪石油資源已成為國(guó)際政治軍事斗爭(zhēng)的一個(gè)重要目標(biāo)。 I 摘要 十九世紀(jì)五十年代至六十年代間，我國(guó)石油和天然氣取代了煤炭成為工業(yè)世界的主要能源，在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。石油成為了工業(yè)化國(guó)家改變當(dāng)代景觀和現(xiàn)代生活方式的基礎(chǔ)，是城市社會(huì)的生命線；它是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)和交通運(yùn)輸?shù)难?，是世界農(nóng)業(yè)依賴的化工原料的基本成分，是現(xiàn)代人生活方式的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)?，F(xiàn)在，石油更是重要的戰(zhàn)略資源，其供求和價(jià)格往往受到國(guó)際政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事和外交斗爭(zhēng)因素的影響；油價(jià)的波動(dòng)不僅影響產(chǎn)油國(guó)和消費(fèi)國(guó)的國(guó)家安全，而且也影響國(guó)際政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事和外交 斗爭(zhēng) 。因此制定消防預(yù)案在石油庫(kù)和加油站安全消防工作中是一項(xiàng)十分重要的業(yè)務(wù)建設(shè)。 II Abstract The nieenth century, the fifties to the sixties, the China39。s main energy industry in the world economy has played an important role.
