Wearingresisting lay of high chromium cast iron was pounded on the low carbon steel plate with Highfrequency pounding methods. At the same time that can have the advantage of two materials, meet the requirements of toughness and Wearability of parts. This article process metallographic analysis of the high chromium cast iron with different position, and measure the hardness of surfacing, analysis the relations between different position of high chromium cast iron and Wearability. The results show that the Hyperectectic high chromium cast iron have Excellent Wearability pare with thehypoeutectic and Eutectic high chromium cast iron.
