It is drived and controlled by Silicon Controlled Direct Current Speed Regulation System. Due to many deficiencies of this System, such as high maintenance, low reliability, low agility, slow responding speed, high electrical pollution, long malfunction time, and lack of selfinspection function, the operation of this product line is severely influenced. This design introduces the indirect current frequency control regulation System based on PLC, thus it results in a newgeneration mercerizing weaving and dying system. In this system, in order to actualize the full use of power and to meet the requirements of manufacturing, we need to regulate the rotation speed of electronical machine. And taking account of the start up, operation, regulating and trigging of electronic machine, the functional v/f controlled currency inverter is needed. In this system, the data acquisition, the control of inverter and electronic machineare acplished by siemens PLC Programming software, STEP 7Micro and Kingview software adopted the modularized Programming method and the mass use of code repetition. The applyment of these softwares reduces the development and maintenance of the software. Firstly, this design not only introduces the development and current situation of electromotor regulating technology, but also discusses the schemes of the indirect Current Frequency Control regulation system of the Mercering machine. Secondly the frequency conversion principles of frequency control asynchronous electronic machine and the microputer algorithm of Sine Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) are included. Thirdly this design introduces the basic position and function of different Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and the operation principle of PLC is added. Finally, the manufacturing flow of the system, the electric structure of the system, hardware collocation and software actualization are introduced.
