數(shù)控立式升降臺(tái)銑床斗笠式自動(dòng)換刀裝置的設(shè)計(jì)。斗笠式 刀庫(kù)的自動(dòng)換刀裝置主要由刀庫(kù)橫移裝置和刀庫(kù)分度裝置組成。刀庫(kù)的選刀方式為任意選刀,換刀 過(guò)程中,刀盤(pán)需要轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)從而進(jìn)行選刀,這就需要刀庫(kù)分度裝置對(duì)裝有刀 具的刀盤(pán)進(jìn)行分度,并且利用 接觸傳感器對(duì)刀具進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù),并把所得的 電信號(hào)傳遞給數(shù)控系統(tǒng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)刀具的快速準(zhǔn)確選擇。 關(guān)鍵詞: 數(shù)控機(jī)床 ;自動(dòng)換刀裝置;刀庫(kù);橫移裝置;分度裝置 2 Abstract : This thesis introduction is the design of the bamboo hat ATC(Automatic tool changer ) which belongs to the number control the sign type working panel lifter bamboo hat ATC is made up of the horizontal moving device and dividing type of changing tools is without manipulator,so in the tool changing process,the cutter disk should be moved horizontally to the appropriate position to exchange tools with machine tool type of selecting tools is randomly selecting,so in the tool changing process, the cutter disk should be rotated to the required tool a result, the ATC dividing device is needed to divide the cutter disk and a touch sensor is needed to calculate tools,then the obtained electric signal is passed to the NC system and thus the accurately selecting tools can e the whole design,the pneumatic transmission anization is used to achieve
