Printing and dyeing processing is a connecting link between what es before and what goes after in textile and garment industry. There is rich in raw material and vasty consumer market. With the aggravating economic regionalization, globalization and trade liberalization, that dyeing and finishing of textiles technology to product high quality, high efficiency, low resource consumption and ecological development. in our country Textile printing and dyeing industry pared with advanced level from foreign, the pressure is that products’ energy consumption and the water consumption, pollutant emissions, how to reduce the consumption of resources, energy. This design is that Design of printing and dyeing factory with a Production of 53million meters per year, there are26million of cottons , 21million of polyester/cotton , 6million of polyester/viscose .
