Unlike traditional class AB audio power amplifiers, digital class D audio power amplifier39。 在這個(gè)能源節(jié)約的 時(shí)代, 憑借其高效率、低功耗的特點(diǎn),數(shù)字 D 類音頻功放正逐漸取代傳統(tǒng)的模擬音頻功率放大器,并越來 越受到人們的重視。 與傳統(tǒng)的 AB類音頻功率放大器相比 , 數(shù)字 D 類音頻功放 最大的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于具有高效率,實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)換效率能達(dá)到80%以上,理論轉(zhuǎn)換效率可以達(dá)到 100%。 傳統(tǒng)的模擬音頻功率放大器雖然具有很高的保真度,但是卻存在功耗高、效率低等致命缺點(diǎn),而且發(fā)熱量大,不易解決散熱問題。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,尤其是集成電路技術(shù)的發(fā)展,高速、大功率器件已越來越多,移動(dòng)電話、數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)、平面電視、便攜式數(shù)字產(chǎn)品等電子產(chǎn)品正在向薄型化、便攜式迅速發(fā)展,人們對(duì)音頻功率放大器的要求更加趨向于高效、節(jié)能和小型化。 桂林電子科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)報(bào)告用紙 第 1 頁 共 37 頁 摘 要 音頻功率放大器是功率集成電路中的一個(gè)重要組成部分 ,并且廣泛應(yīng)用于消費(fèi)類電子產(chǎn)品中。我國是全球最大的消費(fèi)類電子商品市場(chǎng)和生產(chǎn)基地,音頻功放的需求日益增加,因此研究音頻功率放大器具有非常重要的意義。因?yàn)橐苿?dòng)設(shè)備受電池容量、散熱、體積的限制,對(duì)音頻功率放大器要求高效、節(jié)能、發(fā)熱量少 、體積小、便于集成。而 D 類放大器由于工作在開關(guān)狀態(tài),作為控制元件的晶體管本身消耗功率較低,所以功放的效率很高。 因此能極大地降低能源損耗,減小放大器體積。本文論述了各種音頻功率放大器的工作原理以及各自的性能特點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)闡述了 D 類音頻功率放大器的工作原理和脈寬調(diào)制工作原理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)一款大功率輸出、低功耗數(shù)字音頻 D 類功率放大器。s biggest advantage is that you have a high efficiency, the actual conversion efficiency can reach 80 percent, and theoretical conversion efficiency can reach up to 100%.
