This paper analyses the present situation, the xinghai logistics panies in the logistics distribution system operation process, and find out the deficiency and existing problems and defects, the analysis of the problems found with then, finally puts forward Suggestions, hoping to our country enterprise logistics distribution system is of certain reference to the construction.
