CAD繪制了平面布置圖、高程布置圖、工藝流程圖及重要的單體構(gòu)筑物圖。沉淀池后設(shè)置混凝沉淀池和脫色氧化池,作為三級處理,可獲得較好的出水水質(zhì)。出水水質(zhì)根據(jù)《國家污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB89781996)一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理。處理方法主要有,生化法,水解酸化法,好氧法,生物膜法等。針對染料廢水的特點(diǎn),廢水中處理應(yīng)與生產(chǎn)過程相結(jié)合,盡可能少排或不排污染物,并且在污染物的主要排放點(diǎn)設(shè)置回收裝置,回收有用物質(zhì)。,能使纖維和其他材料著色,分天然和合成兩大類。染料廢水主要產(chǎn)生于印染涂料生產(chǎn)企業(yè),以及以染料為原料的各類行業(yè),主要由各種產(chǎn)品和中間體結(jié)晶的母液、生產(chǎn)過程中流失的物料及沖刷地面的污水等組成,具有成分復(fù)雜、化學(xué)需氧量、含鹽量和酸堿度高、可生化性差等特點(diǎn),是工業(yè)廢水治理的難點(diǎn)之一。進(jìn)行清污分流,在廢水中污染物濃度大大降低的情況下,集中處理。本設(shè)計(jì)中,污水處理規(guī)模為日處理生產(chǎn)廢水4760m3/d,進(jìn)水水質(zhì):COD為800mg/l,BOD為400mg/l,SS為200mg/l。本設(shè)計(jì)采用水解酸化 接觸氧化 混凝工藝,其處理效果明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)工藝,有能耗低、產(chǎn)泥量少的特點(diǎn),且剩余污泥可直接脫水。計(jì)算了各個(gè)單體構(gòu)筑物如格柵,集水井,氣浮池,水解酸化池,接觸氧化池等的尺寸大小及選擇了相應(yīng)的鼓風(fēng)機(jī)和污水泵。關(guān)鍵詞:染料廢水;水解酸化;接觸氧化;混凝I AbstractDye is can make fiber and other materials shading material, points natural and synthetic two kinds big.
