Diecasting process’s features are the strength and hardness of die casting on high, thinwalled castings with plex shape can be cast, and the production is efficient. The diecasting die is the key for the process of die casting, its quality decides the quality and accuracy of castings, and the design of the diecasting die affects its quality and operating life directly. Therefore, designing the diecasting die is the key to technological progress。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,利用 ProCast 軟件來(lái)分析壓鑄件的各項(xiàng)結(jié)果和從中發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析可以仿真出鋁合金成型過(guò)程中的充填、流動(dòng)、凝固等過(guò)程,準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)鑄件中可能存在的缺陷。根據(jù)鑄件的特點(diǎn),需要采用中心澆口,盡量避免鑄件出現(xiàn)氣孔、填不滿、凝固不均等問(wèn)題,由于大批量生產(chǎn),采用二次分模,自動(dòng)脫料的方案,并完成整體模具的設(shè)計(jì),其中包括冷卻水道的設(shè)計(jì)、澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、頂出系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)等,以及壓鑄機(jī)的選擇與校核。本文通過(guò)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子體的分析,設(shè)計(jì)其壓鑄模具。壓鑄模具是壓力鑄造生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵,壓鑄模具的質(zhì)量決定著壓鑄件的質(zhì)量和精度,而模具設(shè)計(jì)直接影響著壓鑄模具的質(zhì)量和壽命。天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué)Tianjin University of Technology and Education畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)專(zhuān) 業(yè):材料成型及控制工程 班級(jí)學(xué)號(hào): 材料 0711 班12 號(hào) 學(xué)生姓名: 江艷平 指導(dǎo)教師: 段磊 講師 二〇一二年六月天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)子體壓鑄工藝分析及模具設(shè)計(jì)Diecasting process analysis and die design of the rotor body專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí):材料 0711 班學(xué)生姓名:江艷平指導(dǎo)教師:段磊 講師學(xué) 院:機(jī)械工程學(xué)院2022 年 6 月摘 要壓力鑄造是目前成型有色金屬鑄件的重要成型工藝方法。壓鑄的工藝特點(diǎn)是鑄件的強(qiáng)度和硬度較高,形狀較為復(fù)雜且鑄件壁較薄,而且生產(chǎn)率極高。因此,模具設(shè)計(jì)是模具技術(shù)進(jìn)步的關(guān)鍵,也是模具發(fā)展的重要因素。對(duì)其鑄件外形及其分析,得出一模一腔的模具結(jié)構(gòu)。此設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò) UG 軟件設(shè)計(jì)完成,在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中結(jié)合自身設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,來(lái)完成裝配后的最終模具效果。利用模流分析技術(shù),能預(yù)先分析模具設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,減少試模次數(shù),加快產(chǎn)品研發(fā),提高企業(yè)效率。 it is also an important factor in the development of mold.In this pa
