【正文】 要: 針對國內(nèi)外鋁合金船舶的船體、空艙、海水管路系統(tǒng)、艉板法蘭等部位的鋁合金腐蝕現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)研分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)船體基本采用涂料 + 鋁合金犧牲陽極的方法進行保護，效果良好。 而空艙、海水管路系統(tǒng)和艉板法蘭等部位，卻因防腐措施不 到位分別存在一定的腐蝕問題。關(guān)鍵詞: 船舶。 腐蝕。 TG174文獻標識碼: A文章編號: 1674 － 3962(2014)07 － 0414 － 04Status and Prospect of Corrosion Protection Technologyabout Aluminium Alloy ShipZHANG Bo1 ，F(xiàn)ANG Zhigang2 ，LI Xiangyang3 ，DONG Caichang1(1． Qingdao Marine Corrosion Ｒesearch Institute，Qingdao 266071，China) (2． Naval Academy of Armament，Beijing 100161，China)(3． China Iron ＆ Steel Ｒesearch Institute Group，Beijing 100081，China)Abstract: In this paper，the corrosion status of aluminum alloy ship at home and abroad about the hull，the cabin，seawater pipeline，stern plate flange were analyzed through the investigation． The using of paint + aluminum alloy sacrificialanode for the hull protection had a good protective effect，but the cabin，seawater pipeline，stern plate flange had some corrosion problems because the anticorrosion technologies were not in place． Combined with marine corrosion research da ta about aluminum alloy accumulated by Qingdao Marine Corrosion Ｒesearch Institute，the present application problems and response measures of corrosion protection technology about aluminum alloy ship were analyzed and summarized，such as sacrificial anodes，anticorrosive and antifouling coating，microarc oxidation technology，electrical insulation technology． Thereafter，the development suggestions and the problems to be solved of corrosion protection technology about aluminum alloy ship were raised，in order to provide reference for designers，builders and users of aluminum alloy ship．Key words: ship。 corrosion。對于高速滑行艇、水翼艇、氣墊船、小水面船及一些特殊用途船，選用鋁合金尤為合適。鋁和鋁合金化學性質(zhì)很活潑，但由于它能與氧生成 致密而鈍化的氧化膜，所以耐蝕性比鋼材好得多［4 － 5］。用鋁合金作船體材料可以有效地減輕 船舶的重量，提高穩(wěn)定性和航速，增強艦艇的技術(shù)戰(zhàn)術(shù)收稿日期: 2014 － 03 － 28第一作者 及 通 訊 作 者: 張 波，男，1971 年 生， 高 級 工 程 師，Email: zhangbo qrimc.
