【正文】 以在不進(jìn)行實(shí)際澆注的情況下,模擬鑄造的充型、凝固、傳熱、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)、微觀組織分布、縮孔及縮松的形成等過程,可以大大提高生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,對(duì)于鑄造生產(chǎn)具有十分重要的意義。 著 重分析鑄造過程中充型、凝固過程,及其速度場(chǎng)、溫度場(chǎng)的變化情況,并針對(duì) 模擬 結(jié)果進(jìn)行 鑄造 工藝的優(yōu)化,再次模擬,分析整個(gè)充型、凝固過程,并與前方案的處理結(jié)果進(jìn)行 對(duì)比。主要結(jié)論如下: ( 1) 鑄造的過程中澆注方案的優(yōu)劣直接影響鑄件的成品率以及鑄造 成本的大?。? ( 2) 運(yùn) 用 SolidWorks軟件對(duì)鑄件及澆注系統(tǒng)的三維設(shè)計(jì)是 鑄造 模擬的前期準(zhǔn)備,繪制的準(zhǔn)確度直接影響后期的模擬結(jié)果 ; ( 3) AnyCasting 軟件對(duì) 鑄造 模擬能比較準(zhǔn)確的反應(yīng)鑄件 的充型、凝固過程的實(shí)際情況,預(yù)測(cè)可能產(chǎn)生的鑄造缺陷及缺陷部 位 ; ( 4) 根據(jù)鑄造模擬的結(jié)果,優(yōu)化鑄造工藝,然后分析結(jié)果再次優(yōu)化方案,最終確定最優(yōu)方案。 (2) Using SolidWorks software entity design of casting and pouring system is casting simulation preparation, late draw directly influences the accuracy of the simulation results。 (4) According to the result of casting simulation, optimization of casting process, and then the results of the analysis optimization scheme again, ultimately determine the optimal solution.
