液一體化控制技術(shù)是拓寬拖拉機(jī)功能、提高其技術(shù)性能以及解決其所面臨諸多技術(shù)難題的最佳選擇方案,并且已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代拖拉機(jī)及其配套機(jī)組的主要技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了拖拉機(jī)半分置式液壓懸系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)新型拖拉機(jī)電控液壓懸掛系統(tǒng)。分別闡述了自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的組成、工作 原理、土壤阻力傳感器、農(nóng)具提升高度傳感器、主控制閥位移傳感器信號(hào)的測(cè)取與處理以及單片機(jī)控制的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 拖拉機(jī)電控液壓懸掛控制單元設(shè)計(jì)包括硬件和軟件設(shè)計(jì) .根據(jù)本系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的具體需求,選用 Intel 公司 MSC96系列的 Abstract With the perpetual innovation of the emerging technology, especially the rapid development of high and new technology, such as puter technology, electronic control, artificial intelligence and work munications, the tractor industry is influenced greatly. Taking the integrated control technology of hydromechatronics is the best project for broadening tractor function, improving its technical performance and solving numerous facing technical difficulties and it has bee the major technology trend of modern tractors and the supporting units. This paper first introduces the position and type of the traditional tractor hitch control system. Based on this, choosing the structure of semipartition hydraulic hitch system to carry on the design and designing a new electrohydraulic hitch system. A simple structure of semipartition hydraulic hitch equipment and constituting of automatic control system was provided. The signal of soil resistance sensor and the implement lift height sensor and the controlvalve sensor were measured and managed. The system was under the control of the SCM. The traditional mechanical splitter is replaced by proportional solenoid valve and its supporting circuit. A displacement sensor, a force sensor and an angle sensor is used for gaining feedback control signal. Furthermore, The various deepconditioning method of cultivation of tractor electrohydraulic hitch are pared and analyzed in this paper.
