【正文】 單片機(jī)用來(lái)進(jìn)行信號(hào)采集及處理,包括其電源電路、外部晶振電路、復(fù)位電路、串口通訊、JTAG接口電路、鍵盤(pán)及顯示。 本文中提出的基于光纖傳感技術(shù)的鋼球表面缺陷檢測(cè)研究是以鋼球表面缺陷為研究對(duì)象,研究鋼球表面缺陷的自動(dòng)檢測(cè)技術(shù),目的就是為了解決我國(guó)在鋼球表面質(zhì)量檢測(cè)方面自動(dòng)化程度低,效率低的狀況,開(kāi)發(fā)出具有自己獨(dú)立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的鋼球外觀檢測(cè)儀。國(guó)產(chǎn)鋼球的表面質(zhì)量檢測(cè)技術(shù)與國(guó)外同級(jí)別的相比存在著較大的差距,造成這種差距的原因之一就是鋼球表面質(zhì)量檢測(cè)技術(shù)的落后。濟(jì)南大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題 目 鋼球表面質(zhì)量檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 1 濟(jì)南大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要 軸承的精確度、運(yùn)動(dòng)性能和使用壽命, 在很大的程度上都是取決于其中鋼球的質(zhì)量的, 所以在鋼球的生產(chǎn)中對(duì)成品鋼球的表面缺陷進(jìn)行檢測(cè)是十分重要的。目前, 國(guó)內(nèi)各軸承企業(yè)以及鋼球廠家對(duì)于鋼球表面質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)大多采用傳統(tǒng)的人工目視的方法,這種方法容易受到檢測(cè)工人的技術(shù)水平、責(zé)任心、勞累程度等不穩(wěn)定因素的影響, 而且其誤檢和漏檢率高, 同時(shí)自動(dòng)化程度又低。隨著軸承行業(yè)對(duì)鋼球表面質(zhì)量要求的不斷提高,開(kāi)發(fā)一種價(jià)格適宜,速度及效率高的鋼球表面質(zhì)量自動(dòng)檢測(cè)裝置就變得非常重要。 分析鋼球檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的工作流程,鋼球展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,經(jīng)緯展開(kāi)運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的分析,展開(kāi)輪的機(jī)構(gòu)及工作原理。關(guān)鍵詞:鋼球;表面缺陷;系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì);展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu) ABSTRACT To a large extent,the accuracy, sports performance and service life of bearing, which depend on the quality of the ball in bearings. Therefore,detecting the surface defects of the finished ball is really important in the production of steel , for testing the surface quality of the ball,domestic enterprises and ball bearing manufacturers who almost used traditional methods of artificial visual ,in which way is easily affected by the level of detection technology workers, responsibility, fatigue degree of instability, and its high rate of false positives and missed, the low degree of the detection technology of surface quality of ball with foreign countries,there is a big gap made in China, causing one of the reasons for this disparity is that the detection technology of surface quality of ball the continuously requirements of improving the surface quality of the ball in bearing industry ,which bees very important is developing an affordable, high speed and efficiency, automatic detection device of surface quality of the ball. Ball surface defect detection based on optical fiber sensing technology research presented in this paper is based on the ball surface defects as the research object, the ball surface defect automatic detection technology, the purpose is to resolve the degree of automation of the ball surface quality detection low, low efficiency situation, developed with its own independent intellectual property rights of the ball appearance detector.Analyzing the workflow of the ball detection system, implementation of the ball deployment mechanism,analyzing the trajectory of expansion depends on latitude and longitude. Analyzed and designed signal processing system of ball surface defects based on modulation and lockin amplification technology ,which included the laser excitation drive circuit, the narrowband filter circuit, the phasesensitive detection circuit, the phase shifting circuit, the division circuit;C8051F020SCM is used for signal acquisition and processing,which included the power supply circuit,an external crystal oscillator circuit, reset circuit, serial munications, JTAG interface circuit, keyboard and display.Key words:Ball。System Design。根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)可以知道:在各種各樣的球軸承的失效形式中,由于故障所造成的表面缺陷的鋼鐵高達(dá)80%。跟著鋼球行業(yè)制造工藝水平的不斷提高,在一定程度上,鋼球外貌缺陷的數(shù)目和品種有了較好的控制,但為了保證鋼球表面質(zhì)量不能全球企業(yè)只有提高加工工藝的
