【正文】 ght設(shè)計的雙線鏈式線跡縫紉機。英國、法國等國家在縫紉機早期的研究和開發(fā)方面投入了巨大的財力和物力。最后將加工出來的機頭，通過品檢，組裝，質(zhì)檢后，來確定加工的可行性。本論文主要是主要對其中的一種縫紉機套結(jié)機，對其機頭的結(jié)構(gòu)和加工工藝進行一系列的設(shè)計。機電一體化技術(shù)的應用，為產(chǎn)品漸進性、連續(xù)性的變革、創(chuàng)新提供更大的空間，但也必須以原有產(chǎn)品為基礎(chǔ)，增加自動化、集成化或系統(tǒng)化的功能。浙江科技學院畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）工業(yè)縫紉機機頭結(jié)構(gòu)及其數(shù)控加工工藝設(shè)計呂波峰 (機械與汽車工程學院 指導教師：李家新）摘要：工業(yè)縫紉機行業(yè)已經(jīng)制訂了線跡型式標準，實現(xiàn)各種線跡的工業(yè)縫紉機的基本機構(gòu)類型經(jīng)過長期使用比較成熟，機構(gòu)類型趨于定型。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改善、品種發(fā)展、技術(shù)水平提高、更新?lián)Q代則更多的表現(xiàn)在原有產(chǎn)品基礎(chǔ)上持續(xù)不斷的改進。要徹底改變目前工業(yè)縫紉機基本機構(gòu)類型的可能性不大，即使像周期縫紉機那樣用電子控制技術(shù)取代凸輪機構(gòu)，那也只是控制方式的改變，達到簡化機構(gòu)的目的，并沒有根本改變像釘扣機、鎖眼機和套結(jié)機的基本功能結(jié)構(gòu)類型。對縫紉機的機頭材料的選擇和加工刀具的型號，材質(zhì)進行分析確認，用AutoCAD畫出機型的加工面，并設(shè)計夾具的可靠性，可行性，最后設(shè)計好加工工藝，根據(jù)加工工藝選好坐標原點，用FANUC系統(tǒng)對其工藝進行數(shù)控編程。關(guān)鍵詞：結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計；加工工藝FANUC系統(tǒng)；數(shù)控編程Abstract：The industry sewing machine profession has already drawn up the line mark pattern standard，realizes each kind of line mark industry sewing machine basic organization type to pass through the longterm use quite to be mature, the organization type tends to the stereotypia. The present paper mainly is mainly to one kind of sewing machine set of knot machine, carries on a series of designs to its nose structure and the processing craft. And processes the cutting tool to the sewing machine nose material choice the model, the material quality carries on the analysis confirmation, draws the type with AUTCAD the machined surface, and designs the jig the reliability, the feasibility, finally designs the good processing craft, according to processes the craft to choose the origin of coordinates, carries on the numerical control programming with the FUNIC system to its craft.
